At Taltohma, we craft each bead with purpose, rhythm, and care. Our pre-order system allows you to reserve exclusive designs before they officially launch or restock — giving you first access to the pieces that speak your name.

 1. What Is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order means you’re purchasing an item that is not yet ready to ship but is currently in production or being handcrafted. It’s your way of saying, “This one’s mine.”

Each pre-order helps us plan materials, maintain our sustainable production flow, and ensure every bead is made to perfection — from string to sparkle.

2. Payment Terms

We accept full payment upfront for most pre-orders. This secures your spot in the production queue and supports our artisan team as we prepare your order.

For custom, wholesale, or franchise orders, we require a 50% deposit to begin production, with the remaining balance due before shipping.
Payment confirms your reservation and helps us ensure that every order is made with precision and purpose.

 3. Estimated Production & Delivery Time

All pre-order timelines are clearly stated on each product page.
Generally:

• Local orders (Ghana): 1 – 3 weeks
  
  
• International orders: 3 – 5 weeks (depending on location and courier)
  
  

Because each piece is handmade, slight variations may occur — and that’s the beauty of it. We promise to keep you updated through every stage until your beads arrive safely at your doorstep.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once production begins. We create each design especially for you, so refunds are not offered on pre-ordered items.
However, if there’s an issue with your order, our customer care team will gladly assist with adjustments or exchanges where applicable.
We believe every queen deserves a perfect fit.

 5. Communication & Updates

Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive:
